Why are my channels buffering?
>Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed or high internet traffic. Cause: The most common cause of buffering is the result of slow internet connection. This may be because of low internet speed or other users hogging the bandwidth in your house. Do you have lots of users in your home? Disconnect them all and try again The second reason is that you are using Wi-Fi, which is not suited for watching TV as you need direct (LAN) connection to internet network in order to enjoy smooth watching without interruptions. Resolution: Directly connect to your router using a LAN (ethernet) cable or to a powerline adaptor. If not possible, try moving the box closer to the router. Change your WI-FI channel. Some of the TV channels don’t have program information?
>Some of the TV channels will not have any program information due to the stream server source not having that information.Depending on your subscription plan you possibly will have a duplicate channel that will have program information.
What is the difference in Server 1 and Server 2?
>Server 1 comes with more than 7000 channels and has a great number of 24/7 channels (currently over 600) but has a limited number of VOD movie and series channels.Server 2 comes with over 11000 channels and has a VOD section with over 10,000 movie titles.
